INVESTMENT TRUST.
REFERENCE TO COURT. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Nov. 19. AVilliam Henry Bracey’s application for permission to convene a meeting or debenture-holders in the Investment Executive Trust of New Zealand (m liquidation) was made before Air Justice Blair to-day. Air Bracey wishes tiie meeting to lie called to consider a scheme whereby a new company would take over the assets held by th 1 ufilm Trustee as the liquidator ot the trust company. . ~ It was revealed that the .McArthur Company had recently acquired £BO.000 worth of debentures in the trust company, lint it was strongly denied that this had anything to do with the scheme now put forward. The case was adjourned till December 4.
