ROAD TRAFFIC.
INCREASE AT HOME. Received October 22, 2.0 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 21. Road traffic in Britain lias increased in five years by 47.8 per cent., according to the annual census of vehicles at a large number of road points by observers of the Automobile Association.
