AMAZING ESCAPE.
PASSENGER LORRY’S FALL. MELBOURNE. Sept, 15. Twenty-two persons had a remarkable escape when a motor-truck returning to-day from the snowfields of Mount Buffalo, North Eastern Victoria, fell 150 feet from the road down a hillside, overturning against trees. Only four were injured, the others receiving minor abrasions. Medical attention was given by two visiting members of the 8.M.A., Drs H. Upcot.t (England) . and Fitzgerald (Dunedin), who were spending the week-end at Buffalo Chalet.
