GENERAL ELECTION.
THE WAIMARINO SEAT. TE KUITI, Sept. 14. Tt is announced that Mr James Georgetti. a farmer, of Mangapohi, near Te Kuiti. will stand as an Independent candidate for the Waimarino seat at the coming general election. Mr Georgctti, who has been a memher of the IVnitomo County Council for the past 25 years, contested that IVaimarino seat against Messrs F. Langstone and R. Smith in 1928.
