ORDER WITHHELD.
MOBILISATION IN ABYSSINIA. Received September 14, 10.20 a.nr. ADDIS ABABA, Sept. 13. An order for the mobilising of 750,000 men has been withheld at the suggestion of Abyssinia’s European advisers pending the Geneva discussions.
