MANAWATU TEAM SELECTED. The Manawalu team for the North Island amateur wrestling championships at Wan ganui on September 24 and 25, to ho billowed l>v the quest for New Zealand titles at Wellington, was selected at a meeting of the Palmerston North Wrestling Association last evening. The district’s representatives will he as follow: —E. Anthony (featherweight), A. Mercer (lightweight), It. de Uleene (welterweight), E. Pinker (middleweight), It. Newth (light-heavy-weight). Mr Weston J. Smith has been appointed team manager.
