GOODWILL MISSION.

JAPANESE AT SYDNEY. SYDNEY, Sept. 11. Mr Iv. Debuchi, Japanese Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary, who returned from Melbourne to Sydney to-day ju continuation of his goodwill mission, was guest or honour at the Millions Club. The chief speakers were Mr W. M. Hughes, Federal Minister of Health, and tlie Premier, Mr B. S. Stevens, Mr Debuchi received a very cordial welcome. He was also tendered a civic reception in the presence of a distinguished gathering, including consuls and representatives of all sections of public hie, trade and commerce.
