TO RESIGN.
U.S. POSTMASTER-GENERAL. WASHINGTON, Sept. 10. It is learned that Mr J. A. Farley will resign his position as PostmasterGeneral early in January. He will bo succeeded by Mr Frank C. Walker, at present director of the National Emergency Council and one of President Roosevelt’s closest advisers.
