REVIEAV BY LEAGUE. A GENERAL lAIPROVEMENT. Received September 12, 11.40 a.m. GENEVA, Sept. 11. AVorld agricultural production declined by 6 per cent, in 1934-5, according to the League of Nations’ economic survey. The output of industrial raw materials increased by 6 per cent, in tho index and general' industrial activity by 10 per cent. The gold value of international trade roso for tho first time for six years. The gold reserves of the central banks increased and are now at least 75 per cent, greater than they were in 1929.
