COLONIAL POST.
(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Aug. 21. It is announced by the Colonial Office that Mr A. W. G. H. Grantham, Extra Assistant Colonial Secretary at Hong-Kong, is to be Colonial Secretary at Bermuda in succession to Mr E. J. Waddington, who was recently appointed Colonial Secretary in British Guiana.
