SUPREME COURT.
WELLINGTON SESSIONS. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Aug. 22. Prisoners were to-day sentenced bv Mr Justice Blair as follows: —For theft as a servant, George Diack received two years’ reformative detention; for breaking and entering and theft, Francis Xavier Toohijl, three years’ imprisonment; for a similar offence, William Campbell Wilson received three years’ imprisonment and was declared an habitual criminal; for breaking and entering and theft, Alfred Jeffrey received five years’ imprisonment "and was declared an habitual criminal.
