ITALIAN’S MAD ACT.
Seven persons are dead as the result of an Italian’s jealously. At Buta, in Belgian Congo, the Italian returned unexpectedly from the French Congo and found a married woman, of whom he was enamoured, dining with several friends. He shot dead six whites, including an administrative official, and then committed suicide.
