AUSTRALIA’S INTENTIONS. SYDNEY, Aug. 21. It was announced to-day that the Federal Attorney-General, on behalf of the Commonwealth Government, intends to apply to the High Court on October 2 for an order calling upon the Communist Party of Australia, whose headquarters are at Sydney, also the Friends of the Soviet Union, to show cause why they should not be declared unlawful associations within the Crimes Apt.
