BIBLE IN SCHOOLS.

ORGANISER’S VISIT. A brief call was made at Feilding on Thursday by Rev. E. O. Blamires, organiser for tlic New Zealand Bible in ScJioois League, the local committee being met by the organiser in the evening. Rev. H. W. Page was in the chair. Mr Blamires gave an encouraging report on his visit to the South Island, stating that the outlook for the league's aims was most hopeful. An outstanding meeting had l>een held at “Bishopscourt,” Christchurch, when a largely attended conference of representatives of women’s organisations had taken place. Mr Blamires was accorded tlie thanks of the meeting tor his report and address. Discussing the general business of tire local branch, the committee decided to conclude the financial year on December 31 and to hold the annual meeting in the following March. Arrangements were made for the collection of this year’s subscription.
