Wright, Stephenson and Co., Ltd., and Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report on their Joimsoiivillo sale held on

Wednesday as follows: —To a large attendance of the public wo offered a larger yarding of all classes of cattle than usual and a large yarding of sheep. Cattle comprised largely prime heavy bullocks and prime heavy cows and heifers, with a lew pons of lighter and unfinished station cows and tho usual entry of dairy sorts. There was a good yarding of vealers. Prime heavy bullocks met with keen competition with no alteration in price, unfinished cattlo again being hard to quit. Prime heavy cows and heifers sold well, while light and unfinished sorts were slightly easier. Good runners and vealers (station bred) sold at late rates. Small

calves were slightly easier. Sheep: Very few prime wethers were permed, the yarding consisting mostly of unfinished and lightweight sheep. Owing to the lack of quality competition was not so keen as last week. Prime heavyweight ewes met with a good sale, prices being firm at late rates. Lightweight sheep were Is a head easier. All classes of hoggets met with a good demand at late rates.
