GREATLY IMPROVED.

CONDITIONS AT HOME. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, July 18. Dr A. S. Moody, of Dunedin, returned by the Tnmaroa to-day. He was impressed with the position of Germany. The people were peace-lov-ing and did not want war. There was a great element of tension in Central Europe, hut the Press were mostly to blame. . Dr Moody added that conditions m England had greatly improved since his last visit.
