IN CAPITAL CHARGE. (United Press Association—By. Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) Received July 17, 1.20 p.m. SYDNEY. Julv 17. Bail is not yet forthcoming for Patrick Brady, who this morning was returned to gaol, pending trial on the charge of murdering James Smith. Bail was fixed at three sureties totalling £3OOO.
