REAILT CARRIED. Per Press Association. AVELLINGTON, July 17. At the Farmers’ Union conference, the Auckland remit dealing with mortgagors’ rights to equity under the Final Adjustment Act was carried. Air ALoorc (North Auckland) thought the issue was simply justice versus the business right of the creditor. Plain justice, he submitted, demanded that the loss should be shared by tlie parties. The earlier discussion of the remit is reported on page 7.
