HOCKEY ASSOCIATION.
QUEEN CARNIVAL. Reports from the Feilding Hockey Association are to the effect that the queen carnival committees are working strenuously for the three candidates and a keen struggle for final honours is promised. The present position of the queen candidates is as under: —Miss Hazel Hocken (Colyton) 1, Miss Freda Reid (Feilding) 2, Miss Joyce Pedersen (Carnarvon-Ulia-kea) 3.
