On the London blitter market Australian and New Zealand sorts are firm and in good demand. The cheese market still displays a slow tone, however. Current quotations are as iollow, those for last week being given in parentheses :

Danish, 94s (90s). Choicest salted: New Zealand, 78s (76s to 775) ; Australian, 75s (725). Unsalted: New. Zealand, 78s (same); Australian, 74s (same). Cheese. —-New Zealand: White, 43s 6d to 44s (44s 6d) ; coloured, 44s to 45s 6d (465). Australian: White, 41s to 42s 9d (425); coloured, 41s to 42s 9d (435).
