DUMPING SAFEGUARD.
AGREEMENT ON STEEL. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, May 1. The agreement reported last night between the European steel cartel and the British Iron and Steel Federation was reached after prolonged negotiations. Newspapers welcome it as a safeguard against dumping in Home markets an! as offering Britain as reasonable share in the world’s neutral markets.
