ST. BRIGID’S y. WANGANUI.

After having maintained an unbeaten record in the Manawatu-Rnngi-tikei district competition of the New Zealand Catholic Lawn Tennis Association, St. Brigid’s Club, Bedding, was forced to strike its colours to St. Mary’s A team, Wanganui, at the week-end. With a record of victories behind it the St. Brigid’s team undertook the match very confidently, but the home club proved their masters to the tuno of 14 sets and 127 games to 10 sets and 107 games.
