A fine specimen of a frilled shark, said to be the first caught round the British Isles, was recently dispatched from Haywards Heath to the British Museum. It was found in a supply of fish from Milford Haven. The fish, which is about sft. long, had a shark’s body and a head resembling that of a large snake. It had hundreds of miniature teeth in frills, and from this it took its name. Among the now dress fabrics are some delightful single robe lengths for the ..Easter wedding. Pure siik florals in bold designs, colourod lame velvets. and many others. Conie in early and see these glamorous materials. No two alike, so you can rest assurod you will be exclusively gowned. The new fabrics will take you by storm —and our assistants are so enthusiastic over thorn that showing them to you is a real pleasure CoJlinson and Cunninghame. I>td.
