REVALUATION REQUEST.

PROPERTIES IN CHRISTCHURCH. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, March 9. The owners of 78 building lots and 13 residential properties, and of one business property, in New Brighton borough have applied to the Actuation Department for a revaluation of the properties. For the first time in Canterbury the department has called attention to this fact bv advertisement, stating that the owners require the capital value of their land to be reduced or that their land shall either be acquired by the Crown or sold at the figure named by the owner. Since the advertisement appeared a few days ago many inquiries have been made at the local valuation office.
