LONDON, March 4

The Daily Mail’s Lausanne correspondent says that the Siamese Minister at Paris has offered the throne to Prince Ananda, the 11-year-old nephew of the ex-King. His mother. Princess Songkla, does not object to the acces-. sion of Prince Ananda, who is being educated at Lausanne, and has intimated that she is ready to agree to the people’s wishes. A Singapore message states that the Siamese Government is determined that tho King’s successor will be a mere figurehead.
