Page S.M., to-day, m the claim of Ernest Edward Edwards against Beatrice Mcllaffey for £SOO damages for the loss of an eye caused by a golf ball, driven by defendant, striking him on the Manor Park course. The Alagistrate held that the evidence did not disclose any lack of reasonable care on defendant’s part in having failed to notice plaintiff prior to making her shot.
