FIRE IN MILL.
REQUEST FOR INQUIRY. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Feb. 12. The Auckland Fire Board lias requistioned the Coroner to hold an inquiry into the fire which swept the mill of the Morningside Timber Co., at Morningside on December 1, when damage totalling £15,000 was done. At the time of the fire it was attributed to a spark from a railway locomotive, and it is expected that the Railway Department will be represented at the inquiry, at which the Fire Board will load the evidence.
