THE KISCH CASE.

ILLNESS OF COUNSEL. SYDNEY, Jan. 18. The Kisch case was further argued to-day and adjourned till Monday. Mr A. B. Piddington, Iv.C., counsel for Kisch, became suddenly ill.

Herr Egon Kisch appeared at the Central Police Court on January 9 charged with being a prohibited immigrant under a special clause of the Immigration Act, which set oiit that Kisch, according to information received from the British Government, was “undesirable as an inhabitant or visitor to the Commonwealth.”
