LONDON WOOL SALES
GOOD COMPETITION. Received January 18, 12.15 p.m. LONDON, Jan. 17. At the wool sales 10,399 bales were offered, including 2771 from New Zealand. A total of 8688 Australian and New Zealand were sold. There was good home and Continental competition and the bulk of the offerings were sold at late rates, but there were a few withdrawals owing to the high selling limits. BRADFORD TOPS MARKET.
