HONOUR FROM BELGIUM. (British Official Wireless.) Received January 18, 11.55 a.m. RUGBY, Jan. 17. The Cross of the Chevalier of the Order of the Lion of Africa was bestowed by the King of the Belgians upon Mr Kenneth Waller and M. Forthomme, his Belgian co-pilot, who made the notable flight last month to the Congo in the De Havilland Comet aeroplane, in which Messrs Waller and Jones flew to Australia and back in record time. Mr Bernard Rubin, the owner of the machine, received the Cross of Chevalier of the National Order of Belgium.
