M ANA WAT U-ORO UA BOARD. The Manawatii-Oroua River Board met yesterday afternoon. those present were Messrs A. A. Mitchell, B. G. Gower, it, J. Law, T. D. Lynch, H. J. Lancaster, \V. The clerk (Mr R. IT. Spencer) reported that the total of outstanding rates stood at £llOO 4s 9d. The amount outstanding due at March 31, 1934, was £G9S 7s Gd, while the sum yet to be paid for the year 1934-35 was £404 17s 3d.
