FATAL ACCIDENT.
MISS DAHL SUCCUMBS. Private advice has been received in Palmerston North that Miss Gweneth Dahl, of Kaeo, who was seriously injured when a motor car in which she was travelling to Whangarei was struck by a train of coal trucks at a levelcrossing near Hikurangi. on Thursday, has succumbed to her injuries. Miss Dahl, who was 16 years of age, was a daughter of Mr and Mrs L. V. Dahl, who formerly resided in Palmerston North.
