ILIAS WINS OROUA NURSERY. The Fcilding Jockey Club’s meeting was concluded this afternoon in glorious weather. Broughton), 7 surprise Item 7.4 (McFarlanc), 6 Lattice 7.4 (Pme), 5 Sergia 7.4 (Wiggins). A length; two lengths. Time, 1.0 3-5. RIDER SUSPENDED. An inquiry which had opened yesterday and was continued to-day into an incident in the running of the Kowhai Hack Handicap resulted in R. Marsh being suspended for 14 davs for alleged careless riding. Marsh was the pilot of Waipiro and as the field turned into the straight he brought his mount across on to Inveresk, who in turn was forced over on to Royal Banquet, the latter being forced on to the rails.
