FOG REMAINS.
IN THAMES ESTUARY,
MANY SHIPS HELD UP,
Received November 23, 9.10 a-m. LONDON, Nov. 22. Although there is bright sunshine in London, the fog persists in the Thames estuary. Many liners and cargo boats are held up between the Nore and Barking, including the Ormonde, which is unlikely to dock till to-night. Also delayed is the Largs Bay, outward bound, which has been compelled to anchor at Barking Creek.
