The cheese market is slow. The following are the ruling prices, the last cabled quotations being given in parentheses : Danish. 114 s (1245). Choicest salted,' New Zealand, 75s (76s to 78s) ; Australian, 73s to 74s (75s to 775). Unsalted, New Zealand, 76s to 77s (:8s to 80s) ; Australian, 75s to 76s (7.4 s to 765). Cheese. —New Zealand, coloured, 49s (53s 6d) ; white, 50s (54s 6d). Australian, coloured, 47s to 48s; white, 48s to 49s (not quoted last week).
