SCOUTS FOR JAMBOREE.

MELBOURNE CENTENARY VISIT. DISTRICT CONTINGENT SELECTED. The Manawatu Boy Scout district will be fairly strongly represented at the Melbourne Centenary Jamboree to be held shortly. Arrangements have been made for the party to leave Auckland on December 20 by the Monowai. The scouts will spend five 'weeks in Australia.

The contingent from this district is as follows:

Palmerston North.—Assistant Scoutmaster lan Carrutliers (Takaro), Patrol-Leader W. Alsop (Te Awe Awe), Patrol-Leader Duncan Snelling (Takaro), Scout Phillip Levy (Te Awe Awe). Feilding.-—Scoutmaster E. Street, Scouts Durant, Milner, Hayward, Beazer and Patterson.
