(From Our Own Correspondent.) RONGOTEA, Nov. 22. The first cricket match of the season to be played in Rongotoa took place to-day, when local enthusiasts played a return match with Taikorea. The weather was ideal, and in an interesting game Rongotea proved the victors by an innings and 55 runs. The ladies kindly provided lunch, which was much appreciated by all. Following are the detailed scores:—Taikorea, first innings: A. Carroll, b Wright, senr., 2; R. Algar, c and b Wright, senr., 3; W. Hancock, b Wright, junr., 1; C. Hehir, b Parker, 6: B.
