LONDON FOGBOUND.

TRAFFIC HELD UP. LONDON, Nov. 21. London lias experienced the thickest fog for years. Motorists held up in the outskirts of the city were forced to abandon their cars. Taxi-drivers taking theatregoers home refused to proceed. Crowds were forced to seek accommodation at hotels, which were crowded out, people sleeping in the lounges and smoking rooms. Although less dense than the previous day, fog still covered a large part of Southern England on Tuesday, a British official message states.
