FOR ROYAL VISIT. SYDNEY, Nov. 20. The Duko of Gloucester is assured of a warm welcome to Sydney on Thursday. Decorations throughout the city are nearing completion, although nothing like on the lavish scale at Alelbourne. A Venetian carnival on the harbour on Saturday night will be the outstanding attraction.
