RAIN, WITH SNOW ON THE RANGES. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Nov. 20. The recent cyclone is now beginning to fill tip and is crossing the Dominion fairly rapidly. Forecast: Moderate to strong and increasing southerly to south-easterly winds, reaching gale force in places. Weather: Dull and misty, with rain and on the ranges snow. Temperatures, becoming cold. Seas rough.
