YOUTHFUL UNEMPLOYED.
RETURN TO SCHOOL. LONDON, Nov. 12. The Daily Express says that arrangements are being made to send 114,000 unemployed juveniles back to school if they cannot find work within a year. Buildings are being adapted to meet the new educational needs, and teachers are being enrolled. The attendance of pupils at schools will be at least 15 hours a week.
