UNREST IN AUSTRIA.

MANY PERSONS APPREHENDED. LONDON, Nov. 11. The Daily Mail’s Vienna correspondent says that Austria is seething with unrest. Eight hundred Communists and Socialists were arrested as a precaution to avoid demonstrations to-mor-row, the anniversary of the founding of the republic. The streets are heavily guarded. There have been occasional disturbances in suburbs, and shots have been fired, a policeman being injured.
