DERBY DAY AT RICCARTON.
SPORTING BLOOD WINS. FEND ALTON TO VINTAGE. CHRISTCHURCH, Nov. 5. The Canterbury Jockey Club’s metropolitan meeting was continued to-day. The principal event, the Derby, was won by the favourite, Sporting Blood, who has now won three races in succession.
