On Tuesday, November 6, a Hallowe’en Fair in aid of the Y.W.C.A. is to bo hold from 2 to 10 p.m. at the clubrooms, Broadway. The official opening by the Mayor will take place at 2.30 p.m. Tho admission is freo in the afternoon and 6d in the evening.
