Tho address by Dr E. P. Neale, secretary of tho Auckland Chamber of Commerce on “The Limited Liability Principle and the Report of the Companies Commission” should be of particular interest to all those interested in the working of public companies. Dr Neale is a well-known authority on economics and operations. He was a lecturer in Victoria College on economics and his present position in Auckland will enable him to advise his audience on many vital points in business practice. Questions will be invited.
