STREET STALL.

The various organisations taking part in the carnival to raise funds for the local hands have been busily engaged in preliminary efforts. To-day found the Garrison Band committee conducting a stall in the Square, where goods of all descriptions were on sale, while the public were being invited to participate in competitions.
