CASE AT TIMARU. Per Press Association. TIMARU, Nov. 3. At the Magistrate’s Court to-day Cameron Smith, aged 28, and William Mason Forbes, aged 37, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering the Empire Hotel and stealing liquor. They were remanded to the Supreme Court for sentence.
