TIN HARE RACING.

AT THE SHOW. The management committee of the Manawatu and West Coast Agricultural and Pastoral Association are to be congratulated on their foresight in choosing so many attractions which are entirely new to this centre. It would be extremely difficult to discriminate as to their respective order of merit; but, on making a few enquiries from various people who have wtinessed tin hare racing as to its capacity for entertainment, one merely has to watch the facial expression for the reply. A beaming smile and then. . . “It’s wonderful! A real thrill and impossible to describe the excitement in watching those hounds as they leap from their boxes at the artificial hare which is about fifteen yards ahead of them. My, but don’t they scamper around those bends. You simply must see it yourself to-night.” To-night is definitely your last opportunity of seeing this unique performance.—P.B.A.
