The output of the Cheltenham Dairy Co. was staled to bo one and a quarter toiii a day. 'Target practices were held .with 12 pounder guns at Fort Ballancc, said a Wellington message. At one such practice an accident occurred when a breach block blew out.
Eondon cables said tho PostmasterGeneral was inquiring if tho colonics wero favourable to cash-on-delivery registered letter packets with a parcel post exchange not exccdeing eleven pounds weight, Uie receivers paying prior to examining.
