DUKE IN THE COUNTRY. Received November 1, 12.35 p.m. MELBOURNE, Nov. 1. Thoroughly refreshed after his spell at Ercildioune, the Duke of Gloucester is now touring Northern Victoria, where lie is experiencing the hottest weather since arriving in Australia.
